Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian, host of a TV show and actress most well-known for her role as host of the popular daily talk show The Talk. Sheryl was born and brought up in Little Rock. Sheryl is the product of an extremely troubled family. Sheryl spent the majority of her life taking care of her sister Frankie, who had polio. As a child, her relationship with mother was rocky. Sheryl said that at one point her mother attacked an uncle of her daughter as she was too closer to him. Sheryl enlisted in the military upon her graduation from college. But her passion was comedy. In 1989, she was the first woman to make the finals of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. Her TV career began in 1992 when she was a guest participant on the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. She was a guest as host of Oh Drama! as the host in the year 2000. In 2011, she's co-hosting the Talk show. She has also played fictional roles in series including Bulworth Nikki, and Beauty Shop.
